Marriah and Mike were outstanding finding our home during the summer of 2011 after a 2 year search. Not knowing less than a year later I would be taking a position overseas, they were the first we reached out to without hesitation. They priced our house right based on the comps and upgrades and we had a strong offer within 7 days. I had to leave early so my wife and kids stayed behind and there was a comfort that Marriah and Mike were close by. They helped my wife out with the items that needed to be attended to while I was away. As with buying the house, the selling was just as smooth and uneventful. Marriah and Mike are great people to know both personally and professionally. It will be a given that if we return back to the NoVa area they will be the first we contact.
